What you’ll do:

As our Administration Officer, you'll be the face of our Gosford Centre, providing exceptional client service and critical administrative support in a high-volume environment.

You’ll help create a supportive first impression for clients, while managing essential day-to-day operations. You'll also:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing warm and compassionate client service
  • Manage multiple competing priorities, including phone calls, email inboxes, client bookings, rescheduling, payments, reminders, and general enquiries
  • Provide administrative assistance ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Collaborate with your team to share responsibilities and support each other through high-volume periods

The details

  • Based at Gosford
  • Maximum term contract up until 23rd March 2026
  • 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday)
  • $35 - $38 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 12% super + 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings)

What you’ll bring:

  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role, ideally within a similar organisation supporting clients with complex needs such as domestic violence or mental health challenges
  • Technologically adept and quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Outstanding attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Highly organised and flexible, able to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities
  • Calm, compassionate and firm communicator, supportive of both clients and team members even in challenging situations
