Administrative Assistant – Construction (Full-Time)
Location: Gold Coast
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our construction team.
This full-time role requires:
Minimum 5 years' admin experience in the construction industry
Proficiency in MYOB & Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers, site supervisors, and office staff
Process invoices, purchase orders, timesheets and pay runs accurately
Maintain and update project documentation, contracts, and compliance records
Assist with WHS compliance and onboarding of subcontractors
