Langford Support Services is seeking dedicated, compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers (male and female) to join our Community Access casual pool. This role offers flexibility across small shifts (2–7 hours) while supporting people with disability to live meaningful, independent and connected lives. This recruitment round will follow a Fast-Track, Invitation-Only Interview process to quickly fill urgent roster vacancies.

How the Process Works

Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for our Casual Pool to support worker utilisation within our Community Access Team. This position is ideal for professionals who are flexible, resilient and dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Please note that being part of the casual pool does not guarantee ongoing or regular work. We require written confirmation of your consistent availability and individuals employed who do not adhere to our requirements without good reason may not be utilised.

  • Provide person-centred support to participants in the community

  • Assist with daily living skills, recreational and social activities

  • Uphold participants’ rights, independence and dignity

  • Work flexibly across different shifts (2–7 hrs)

  • Deliver support in line with NDIS Quality & Safety Framework

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of support provided.

  • Participate in regular meetings, training and development opportunities.

 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or a related field (or willingness to obtain).

  • Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (NDIS endorsed).

  • Current National Police Check (within the last six months).

  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence.

  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

  • Administration of Medication Certificate.

  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
