About the Role

As our Workforce Planning Team Administrator, you’ll be the engine room of our planning team—keeping things running smoothly, efficiently, and with precision. From coordinating communications to supporting financial processes, your work will directly contribute to the success of our workforce operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communication & Coordination
    Draft and distribute updates, manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
  • Process & Procedure Review
    Help refine and maintain internal processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Triage & Query Management
    Be the first point of contact for incoming queries—triaging, responding, and escalating as needed.
  • Financial Administration
    Check and verify invoices, liaise with vendors, and support finance-related tasks.
  • General Admin Support
    Maintain records, support reporting, and assist with data for dashboards and summaries.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of working with people with disability
  • Current unrestricted driver’s licence
