At the Darwin Turf Club and Silks, we’re searching for a full-time Gaming Host who can light up the floor with personality, create lasting loyalty through engaging service, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for every guest.

What You’ll Do

• Greet, connect, and engage guests with genuine enthusiasm.

• Support the gaming floor (machines, TAB, Keno, and cash handling).

• Actively promote loyalty programs and prize draws to build guest engagement.

• Uphold compliance with RSA and RSG, ensuring responsible, safe gaming practices.

• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

 What We’re Looking For

• A vibrant, outgoing personality with a natural talent for customer connection.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

• RSA & RSG certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service (highly regarded).

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays (full availability June–August during peak season).
