We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individual to join the Casphone team as a Retail Assistant/IT Technician. The successful candidate’s has experience on working in similar industries,  will deliver world-class customer service,  and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.

• Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.

• Help Managing and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.

You will need to possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• A passion for sales and selling.

• An understanding of retail operations.

• Eager to learn new skills and implement what you’ve learnt immediately.
