Store Manager – IGA Pemberton

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our IGA Pemberton team. This is a hands-on role where you will run day-to-day operations, support your staff, and make sure customers always enjoy great service.

What you will do

· Oversee daily operations, stock control, and inventory

· Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control

· Recruit, train, roster, and support staff

· Run promotions and events to drive sales

· Maintain high standards of store presentation and safety

· Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies

· Build strong supplier relationships

· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly

What we are looking for

· Minimum 3 years’ full-time experience in a retail management role

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Organised, practical, and approachable

· Willing to work weekends, public holidays and overtime if required.

· Long-term, unrestricted work rights in Australia

Annual remuneration: $77,000 – $85,000 p.a. (above award, depending on experience).
