About the role

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder/Labourer to join our team at Crewscaff Pty Ltd in Barrack Heights, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to be part of an experienced and dedicated crew delivering high-quality scaffolding services.

What you'll be doing

1. Safely erect, dismantle and inspect scaffolding structures in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols

2. Load and unload materials and equipment as required

3. Assist with general labour duties on construction sites as needed

4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment

5. Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Scaffolder or Labourer in the construction industry

2. Knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and best practices

3. Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment

4. Good communication and teamwork skills

5. Commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards risk management

6. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
