About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to the highest standard. In your relief role as a Public Area Cleaner, you will ensure all public spaces—including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms—are spotless and inviting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

• Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel procedures.

• Work efficiently and independently while meeting daily targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential—training provided.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
