The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Swim Stylist to join our Surfers Paradise team on a casual basis. In this customer-facing role, you’ll deliver a personalised styling experience, help clients find their perfect swimwear fit, and represent the Baku brand with confidence and care.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service in a warm, engaging, and professional manner

• Offering expert advice on fit, styles, and trends to help customers feel confident

• Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Assisting with stock replenishment and daily store operations

• Supporting the team during peak trading periods, weekends, and holidays

We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, confident, and approachable personality

• A passion for fashion and styling – especially swimwear!

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

• Great communication skills and a can-do attitude

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
