Position: Hotel Receptionist
Location: BUNBURY
Type: [Casual/Part-time]

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a smile and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Handle reservations and manage guest requests or special needs.
• Ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role (hotel experience a plus!).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
