What You’ll Do

Mentor participants to identify and achieve employment goals

Build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders

Source and broker job opportunities using the Customised Employment model

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Travel across the Geelong region to meet with participants and employers

What We’re Looking For

Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus

Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team

Certificate III or IV in Community Services or Disability Studies (preferred)

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and Working with Children Check (WWC)

Please note: Due to NDIS requirements, we cannot employ candidates without an NDISWC. We recommend starting the clearance process early, as it may take up to 4 weeks.
