We’re a values-driven support service seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Geelong South West Coast area.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently, engage in their community, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance
• Support with community access and social activities
• Assist with transport and appointments
• Promote independence and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• Genuine compassion and patience
• Experienced female applicants due to client‘s needs and preferences
• Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar disability support or aged care role
• Cert III or IV in Disability or Individual Support (preferred)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
