About Us:

We are a vibrant Accommodation provider nestled in the nature reserve opposite Molloy Island. We are surrounded by gorgeous native flora and fauna and pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and family-friendly environment for our guests. We are looking for a dedicated person to work on a casual basis to enhance the experience for our visitors. This role would particularly suit anyone looking for school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist guests warmly and efficiently

· Manage in-person and online bookings

· Monitor/reply to guest email enquiries

· Process payments

· Maintain a neat, tidy and welcoming reception area

· Provide guests with information about the local area

Experience/Attributes:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience in hospitality, parks or accommodation desirable

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team

· Newbook experience is a positive

· Proactive and have an understanding of workplace health and safety

· Ability to report to and be guided by Managers/Supervisors

· Proactive, fun and want to be a part of the team

· Flexibility to work when required
