About The Role

Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.

You’ll Manage

A large-scale site with 500+ homes to be built over the next 4+ years (with another resort to build in Yeppoon once finished)Up to 60 homes at different stages of constructionContractors, labourers, and plant operatorsScheduling and coordination via Onsite CompanionSite set-up, framing, and through to handover — depending on your skills

Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive.

What You’ll Need

Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential)Proven experience in production/volume residential constructionStrong people leadership, planning, and communication skillsOH&S knowledge and commitment to safetyTech confidence (construction software)A valid driver’s licenceProactive, hands-on approach — someone who leads from the front
