We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant of Business and Strategy in a full-time, fixed term (12 months) capacity based in Nhill!

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025Classification: Dependent on experience

About The Role

This role provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of Business and Strategy, ensuring smooth and efficient day to-day operations including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings and preparing reports and presentations.The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, requiring exceptional \ organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential for anticipating needs and supporting strategic priorities within the health service.

Key Selection Criteria

Effective communication and organisational skills.Significant experience in provision of administrative support.Experience in the healthcare industry.Experience with working with senior executives and boards of management.

Prerequisites

NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceWorking with Children CheckFully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health DirectivesAustralian Driver’s License
