About Us

The Cassa is a fast-growing property and accommodation management company based on the Gold Coast. We specialize in both short-term and long-term rental services, delivering high standards of property care and guest service across a wide portfolio of apartments.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accommodation Manager to join our team and lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of short-term and long-term accommodation across multiple buildings
• Manage guest experience from check-in to check-out, including handling feedback and service recovery
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and support staff
• Monitor booking channels and occupancy performance to meet revenue targets
• Liaise with property owners and stakeholders to maintain excellent relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal obligations, and company policies
• Maintain financial and occupancy records; prepare regular reports

About You

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in accommodation, hospitality, or property management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Strong understanding of platforms like Airbnb, Guesty, Booking.com, etc.
• High attention to detail and commitment to service quality
• Fluent English required (Mandarin or other languages an advantage)
• Relevant qualifications in business, hospitality, or real estate are desirable
