The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable support worker to assist our friendly participant in the Golden Bay Area.

This is a casual role with regular day shifts and the flexibility to fit around your life.

You will be providing person-centred support in the home and out in the community – helping our participant live independently and achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
  • Provide domestic support (cleaning, meal prep).
  • Support clients to access the community and attend activities.
  • Transport clients safely to appointments and social outings.
  • Encourage independence and build a positive, trusting relationship.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-haves:

  • Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support (or relevant equivalent experience/qualification).
  • Current valid WA driver’s licence + reliable vehicle.
  • National Police Check.
  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check(or willing to obtain).

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in aged care/disability support (including training placements).
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to complete).
