Lucknow Skin Shop is a long-standing retail destination for western wear, boots, and lifestyle apparel. We’re looking for a hands-on Shop Floor Manager to take ownership of daily store operations and lead our team to new levels of sales and service.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and roster staff
• Drive sales and hit weekly targets
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage stock, merchandising & compliance
• Report key results to senior leadership
