A well-established construction contractor delivering high-quality civil and structural projects across Townsville. With a strong pipeline of local work, they are expanding their team and seeking reliable, skilled individuals to join their workforce.
Your new role
You’ll be working on various Townsville-based construction projects, Monday to Friday, with 8–10 hour shifts and optional Saturday overtime. Multiple positions are available:

• Construction Labourers – $36/hour
• Multi-skilled Operators – $40/hour (Must hold tickets for Excavator, Haul Truck, HR Licence, Or Skid Steer)
• Concreters – $45/hour

You’ll be part of a supportive team environment focused on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these positions, you will have relevant experience in your chosen role and valid tickets and licences along with:

• Construction White Card
• Prior experience in a labour-intensive role
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening and functional medical
• Availability for full-time hours and occasional Saturday shifts
