About The Role

In this varied and dynamic position, you will:

Provide coverage across the Switchboard, Ward Clerk duties, and Reception as neededHandle incoming phone calls, mail, and visitor enquiries, directing people to the right departmentsManage patient data, update records, and assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and reportingSupport administrative processes across multiple teams to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

Personable and approachable, a strong communicator who can interact confidentlyProactive and solution-focused, able to think on your feet and resolve issues independentlyFlexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Previous administration experience is helpful, but not essential. If you’re a fast learner with a desire to grow, full training and ongoing support is provided to ensure your success!
