What it takes to do this work:

No Matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a Home Care Worker, you’ll also need:

• An empathy and commitment to the care of older people
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
• Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
• Availability to attend our 3 day on-boarding program
• Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain
• Current Drivers License, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
