Based on the Central Coast region, as a Mobile Lending Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in servicing the region, promoting Greater Banks’s products to new and existing customers. You’ll respond promptly to business-generated leads and take a proactive approach to business development, proudly representing Greater Bank as a trusted ambassador within the local community.
What are we looking for?

Extensive retail lending experience with strong product knowledge and a solid understanding of lending credit policy.

Proven track record in developing and managing a pipeline of business and achieving sales targets.

Outstanding communication, networking, and people skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently, while actively contributing to a collaborative team.

Established presence within the local community.

High attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills.

Current driver’s licence.
What will your key responsibilities include?

Conduct loan interviews and assess serviceability, managing the end-to-end process, including document collection, system entry, and submission in line with standards and policies.

Proactively follow up and convert leads, while identifying new business opportunities through outreach and referral networks.

Deliver outstanding customer service by meeting customers in-branch, offsite, or virtually including outside standard hours.

Represent and promote Greater Bank through events, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Maintain strong knowledge of lending products, procedures, and market competitors.
