Robinson Civil Group (RCG) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our team in Wondecla. The role provides a critical support function across the office, delivering effective and efficient administrative services that underpin the smooth operation of the business.

About the Role

As a Senior Administration Officer, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations coordinating office and reception functions, managing documentation and reporting, and providing senior-level support to management and executives. The role also involves supporting other administration staff, managing confidential information, and contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administration and reception duties, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.

  • Manage IT & office resources and internal resource registers.

  • Coordinate insurance claims, internal communications, and stakeholder correspondence.

  • Provide executive support including travel bookings and correspondence.

  • Provide support and guidance to other administration staff and trainees.

  • Support the management of company provided housing and accommodation as required.

  • Support the onboarding process and assist with compliance and HR-related administration.

  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements across admin operations.

About You

You are an organised, reliable, and proactive individual with a strong background in administration. You take pride in your attention to detail, can handle sensitive information with discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within a dynamic or project-driven environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Confident in supporting others and resolving minor IT or system-related issues.

  • Ability to lead, supervise, and mentor others effectively.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
