• Previous store management experience highly regarded or trades supervision and leadership experience.
• Trades experience advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate workflow.
• Desire to lead from the front and drive sales.
• POS experience and all-round computer literacy.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach sales team.
• Can work a Fortnightly roster which includes 1 weekend day every week

Your day-to-day tasks:

• Lead from the front, driving sales and building relationships with customers.
• Manage the financial and occupational health of the store.
• Ensure all customers are provided an exceptional buying experience, every time.
• Inspiring a team to perform to high business standards.
• Training staff on features and benefits of products.
• Maintain stock and ensure store display is kept to a very high standard.
• Must be available to work 1 day on the weekend every week
