At S&H Spars, we’re leaders in high-quality yacht rigging and marine fabrication. Based on the Gold Coast, we service a wide range of clients, from private boat owners to performance racing yachts, delivering precision workmanship both in our workshop and on-site at local marinas.

We’re currently seeking a motivated General Fabricator / Factory Hand to join our small, hands-on team. This is a varied role involving a mix of workshop fabrication, warehouse duties, and on-site work at marinas across the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• General fabrication work with aluminium and stainless steel

• Basic TIG welding and metal finishing

• Assisting with yacht rigging preparation and installation

• Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Supporting day-to-day tasks in the factory and warehouse

Requirements:

• Experience with TIG welding aluminium and stainless steel would be great

• Comfortable using basic power tools and workshop equipment

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and on boats

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• A current driver’s licence is essential. Manual license preferred

• Previous sailing or marine industry experience is a plus, but not required
