We’re always on the lookout for great people who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As a Front of House Attendant, you’ll get the chance to showcase your customer service skills while learning and growing across our diverse teams. From pouring the perfect beer and shaking up cocktails, to serving delicious meals, perfecting your latte art, or delivering exceptional service in our gaming, events, and kitchen areas, you’ll be part of a team that makes every moment unforgettable.

We often have a variety of roles including permanent part-time, casual and junior opportunities working across the opening hours of the club:

  • 7.30 am - 3 am Sunday to Thursday
  • 7.30 am - 6 am on Fridays and Saturdays
  • As we are in the industry of entertaining our customers, our team need to be available to work Public Holiday’s and weekends.

About You

You consider yourself a people person, with a knack for building relationships and making people feel welcome.

You also have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure 
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Current RSA and RCG Competency. Advanced RCG is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability and flexibility to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Previous hospitality experience is highly desirable

Your Commitment

We want you to be autonomous and will give you the trust to make key decisions. Flexibility is a must and is required to meet the needs of a 7 day a week hospitality business.
