The manager of community nursing services is a pivotal leadership position, reporting directly to the divisional director, and is responsible for the overall management and development of the community nursing service. This encompasses both district nursing and community health nursing, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and accessible care for the local community.

This role provides operational, clinical, and strategic oversight, with a strong focus on service delivery, workforce development, clinical governance, and quality improvement.
