Beauty Advisors / Retail Sales Assistants – Gold Coast

We are a leading Australian–Korean beauty retailer and supplier, known for our wide selection of premium K-Beauty brands and expert customer service. With stores across Australia, we are passionate about helping customers discover the best in skincare, cosmetics, and self-care.

We are now looking for enthusiastic staff to join our Gold Coast locations: Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Australia Fair Shopping Centre, and Westfield Coomera.

About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Assistant, you will guide customers through our extensive product range, offer personalised beauty advice, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, product knowledge, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored skincare and makeup advice to customers based on their needs
• Stay up to date with the latest K-Beauty trends and product innovations
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with sampling
• Introduce and explain new product lines
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and organised displays
• Operate POS systems and handle daily cash/balance procedures
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive, confident experience
• Participate in training and development sessions
• Work collaboratively with the team to support store success

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred (especially in cosmetics/skincare)
• Passion for K-Beauty, skincare, and makeup
• Friendly, confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail and professional presentation
• Basic skincare and makeup knowledge required (beauty certification a plus)
