PWT is a quickly growing and evolving organisation supporting the self determination of Kiwirrkurra People, based on-country in Kiwirrkurra Community, one of Australia’s remotest Aboriginal communities. About the role
The Participation Coordinator role focuses on the delivery of case management and participation services to members of the Kiwirrkurra Community and other Kiwirrkurra People. This includes RAES / employment services, navigating government and mainstream systems, coordinating community initiatives and projects, and managing administrative tasks that facilitate strong local governance and service delivery. The Coordinator will provide support and guidance to less experienced team members and community-based support staff as required.This role is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to Kiwirrkurra people as part of a well-supported, high achieving and positive team with established partnerships, funding and projects.
About you

Workers who find fulfilment in remote contexts have high levels of resilience and the ability to self-manage their emotional and physical health in high pressure and stressful environments. A successful candidate could come from a wide variety of backgrounds, such as customer service, education/training, social or youth work, or have undertaken employment services work in other remote Indigenous communities.
