About the Role
We’re recruiting for a proactive Content & Brand Assistant who will bring Club Active’s story to life across our clubs, members, and broader community.
In this role, you’ll be the creative connector between our clubs, members, head office, and external audiences. You’ll capture authentic, engaging content from our members, develop strategy for both B2C (customers, community, over-50s audience) and B2B (LinkedIn, healthcare referrals, partnerships), and coordinate with editors and designers to produce polished, high-impact campaigns.
You will:

Visit local Club Active sites to capture authentic video and photo content with members, staff, and clinicians

Plan and deliver a monthly content calendar across Club Active’s B2C and B2B channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, newsletters, referrals)

Develop and execute content strategy that builds community trust, brand awareness, and lead generation

Work closely with head office on large-scale content projects that grow Club Active’s national brand in the longevity space

Coordinate with editors, designers, and external suppliers to produce high-quality creative assets

Strategise and support local clubs with tailored content needs while ensuring brand consistency across all locations

Actively identify opportunities to share stories of our members, practitioners, and programs to showcase our impact

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media strategy, or brand marketing

Confidence in planning, filming, and capturing authentic content (bonus if comfortable behind the camera with members)

Strong skills in coordinating editors, designers, and creative projects

Experience developing B2C and B2B content strategies (healthcare, referrals, LinkedIn, consumer)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working directly with members, clinicians, and leadership

Organised, self-driven, and proactive — always seeking opportunities to tell stories and grow the brand

Location: Across multiple Club Active sites (Gold Coast, Brisbane)
