Ivan is employed as a Project Manager; he shares his experience working with Queensland Airports below:

I joined QAL to be part of the Projects Team. Our team handles diverse projects combining the built environment and civil works, ensuring there's always something new to learn. I found that the leadership at QAL cherishes their people, provides flexibility, and invests in their development. The company's size makes business processes straightforward and less bureaucratic, which I find efficient and refreshing. Diversity and inclusion are not just words—we genuinely celebrate differences and empower one another, and this supportive environment makes coming to work enjoyable and fulfilling. Additionally, it’s very easy to relate to our company values—Authentic, Inclusive, Brave, and Responsible—which provides a sense of meaning and purpose to the work we do every day. QAL also supports the local community on many levels, which gives me a sense of pride and achievement, and I am grateful to be part of this dynamic business.
