Stablehand Position – Kendrick Racing Farm Precinct

Kendrick Racing is seeking a dedicated and reliable Stablehand to join our team at our farm precinct.

Location: Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast

Hours:

• 6 mornings a week + every second Sunday
• Morning shift: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Afternoon shift: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Key Requirements:

• Racehorse experience is essential – we are looking for someone confident and capable around thoroughbreds.
• A strong work ethic and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties include:

• Feeding, watering, and general care of horses
• Cleaning boxes, yards, and stables
• Assisting with horse handling (rugging, walking, grooming)
• Helping with general farm maintenance and afternoon feeds
