• Flexibility: The role is 70% hygiene and 30% therapy, with scope to increase therapy for those interested in orthodontics (no prior experience required). Prefer hygiene only? That works too.

• Dedicated Support: A full-time dental assistant will manage room setup, changeovers, and sterilisation so you can focus on patient care.

• Great Work-Life Balance: Four-day workweek (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri), 8:30am–5:00pm.

• Competitive Pay: $60–75 per hour (depending on experience).

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hygiene and therapy treatments, including preventive care, restorative work, and periodontal management.

• Provide comprehensive exams, radiographs, charting, and oral health education.

• Support orthodontic care (attachments, indirect bonding) within scope.

Requirements

• Qualified as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist.
