We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trade store all-rounder. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their trade needs, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the store is organised and presentable at all times.

The ideal candidate will have an Industrial or trade background, with experience in a retail or warehouse setting. You must be committed to providing excellent customer service and have a strong attention to detail.

This role is ongoing and 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday, have the weekend to yourself!!

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with their trade needs and providing product recommendations
• Receiving and stocking inventory, and ensuring accurate record keeping
• Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
• Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
• Processing orders, creating quotes and invoices
• Assisting with merchandising and product displays
• Warehouse duties - pick/pack of customer orders
• There may be a requirement to perfom some customer deliveries in the company vehicle. C class licence required.
