Daimler Trucks Geelong are seeking an efficient and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team!

This is a hybrid role, where you’ll not only be the face of our Parts department, assisting customers and workshop teams with parts enquiries, but also play a hands-on role in our warehouse, ensuring parts are accurately received, stored, and dispatched.

About The Role:

• Provide timely and expert parts advice to customers face to face and over the phone.
• Accurately interpret all parts manuals and catalogues for light and heavy commercial vehicles.
• Process orders, handle transactions, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts to customers and workshop teams.
• Receive and check incoming stock, ensuring it is stored correctly and safely.
• Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and warehouse organisation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations across the department.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to deliver exceptional service and support.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Japanese, American, or European trucks will be an advantage.
