In this position you will…..
- Independently apply professional judgement and decision making to manage a caseload, adapting routine and non-routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable clinical evidence, with clinical practice supervision, commensurate with experience.
- Actively participate in professional education within the work unit and professional team and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives within the Cairns Hospital and for the Social Work profession.
- Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of gender, cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
