At McLean Care’s CWA House Residential Aged Care facility in Oakey, we’re more than just an aged care provider – we’re a community. We’re seeking compassionate Care Service Employees (CSEs) who genuinely enjoy supporting others and building meaningful connections with residents.

The Role

As a CSE at CWA House, you’ll support residents with day-to-day living in a way that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your work may include:

• Assisting with personal care (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Supporting residents during mealtimes

• Observing and reporting health or behaviour changes

• Helping with safe mobility and transfers

• Encouraging independence in a respectful environment

• Maintaining accurate care documentation

About You

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

• Previous experience in residential aged care

• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach

• Physically capable of meeting role requirements

• Basic computer/tablet skills
