At McLean Care’s CWA House Residential Aged Care facility in Oakey, we’re more than just an aged care provider – we’re a community. We’re seeking compassionate Care Service Employees (CSEs) who genuinely enjoy supporting others and building meaningful connections with residents.
The Role
As a CSE at CWA House, you’ll support residents with day-to-day living in a way that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your work may include:

Assisting with personal care (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Supporting residents during mealtimes

Observing and reporting health or behaviour changes

Helping with safe mobility and transfers

Encouraging independence in a respectful environment

Maintaining accurate care documentation
About You
-
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
-
Previous experience in residential aged care
-
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient approach

Physically capable of meeting role requirements

Basic computer/tablet skills
